Spectre Labs ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name operating in the United Kingdom. We provide a sports intelligence and athlete management platform ("the Platform") to sports organisations.

When you complete our contact form or correspond with us by email, we collect:

b) Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to collect anonymised usage data, including:
- Pages visited and interactions (clicks, scrolls)
- Referring website

- Approximate location (country/region level only)
- Session duration and timestamps
We do not use PostHog to collect names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information through analytics.

5. International transfers
PostHog processes analytics data within the European Union (EU instance). Where any personal data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or adequacy regulations.

- Contact form submissions: retained for up to 24 months from the date of your enquiry, unless a business relationship is established
- Platform customer data: retained for the duration of the contract plus 12 months for operational purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law
- Anonymised and aggregated data: we may retain anonymised and aggregated data derived from Platform usage indefinitely for the purposes of improving our services, training machine learning models, and developing new features. This data cannot be used to identify any individual
- Analytics data: automatically anonymised; session data retained for up to 12 months

- Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — ask us to delete your data (in certain circumstances)
